I found this letter in my mailbox. It was addressed to you. I don’t know who wrote it but it sure smells nice. Here you go…

I know it hasn’t been that long since I’ve seen you but the minutes morph into millenniums when I’m not in your presence. Even in the span of an hour’s time, my heart seems to ache knowing you’re not in my intimate space.

I try to be so hard core but the radiance of your being blasts away the bricks surrounding my heart leaving me vulnerable and afraid.

I’ve never experienced anything quite like this. It’s as though who you are perfectly complements who I am. All of those things about me that others pointed out as being “wrong” weren’t wrong after all.
